Role overview
We don’t just fill seats. We build teams that push boundaries. As a Venture Builder with 20 years of experience, we create startups from the ground up (0→1). We are looking for "Builders" - individuals who are comfortable with a blank sheet of paper, love technology, and want to have a real impact on the products they create.
Benefits
- Access to Elite Projects: We work with top-tier tech startups and partner companies across many industries
- Speed & Transparency: We respect your time. If your profile matches a new project, we close the recruitment process in record time.
- Diversity of Challenges: Opportunity to work on various products - from AI and FinTech to E-commerce and SaaS.
- Venture Building DNA: You will learn how companies are actually built, not just how code is written.
- Direct Impact: No corporate layers. Your decisions shape the product from day one.
Additional details
- By applying here, you enter our Talent Pipeline. As soon as a project matches your profile - either within Red Sky or for our partner companies, we will reach out to you first.
- How it works:
- Apply: Fill the form in the next step
- The Match: When a project perfectly aligned with your skills kicks off, we contact you and skip the "getting to know you" phase—moving straight to the next recruitment stage.
