Responsibilities
- Design desktop workflows for live interviews, overlays, onboarding, and conversation‑aware guidance.
- Turn user problems into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interaction design.
- Build and evolve a practical design system for consistent, accessible experiences.
- Plan and conduct lightweight user research, then translate findings into product decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering from early exploration through shipped details.
- Improve information hierarchy, empty states, errors, education, and trust throughout the product.
