Role overview
Tetriz helps engineering organizations become AI-native by providing observability, coaching, and governance solutions that address AI blind spots, improve engineer-AI collaboration, and mitigate risks without surveillance. This is a six-month, full-time product marketing internship based in Bengaluru, where you will actively run parts of Tetriz’s AI-driven marketing machine—owning the content engine and supporting broader marketing functions alongside the team. The role is hands-on, requiring a proactive approach to automation and workflow optimization rather than manual execution.
Responsibilities
- Run the SEO blog pipeline: briefs, drafts, editorial QA against standards, publishing, and refresh cycles
- Ship LinkedIn posts and company page content on a weekly calendar
- Draft and iterate YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnail concepts; track click performance
- Keep website and landing page copy current, and flag stale content
- Help run the email and social outbound machine: list building, enrichment, sequence setup, deliverability hygiene
- Pull weekly campaign performance into a simple report and call out underperforming elements
- Support launch-week execution across relevant platforms
- Help build G2 and Capterra presence: profile setup, review-generation outreach, drafting responses
- Monitor buyer communities and surface engagement-worthy content
- Help draft the PLG email lifecycle: onboarding nurture for new signups and activation prompts
- Assist on case studies: interview notes, first drafts, and capturing named customer quotes
- Keep sales assets tidy and current: one-pagers, pitch deck updates, battlecards
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, with 0–1 years of experience
- A prior marketing internship, a blog or newsletter you run, or a side project you actually shipped
- AI-native: use Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor daily as a working tool, not a novelty
- Can show prompts, workflows, or agents built to do your own work faster
- Strong writing skills: ability to edit AI output for a technical US audience, catching generic, wrong, or off-brand content
- Reliability: proactively checks dashboards (e.g., outbound infrastructure) before being asked
- Available full-time, in-office in Bengaluru, for the full six months
Nice to have
- Exposure to Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar tools
- Basic SEO fundamentals
- Curiosity about the developer tools ecosystem
- Basic video or design editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Figma)
Benefits
- A front-row seat to a US GTM launch, working directly with the founders
- Access to the most AI-leveraged marketing stack at this company size, building skills ahead of the curve
- Real ownership from week one with no approval chains or busywork
- A monthly stipend
- A full-time offer on the table for high-performing interns
Additional details
- Tetriz helps engineering orgs become AI-native, faster. Observability that turns AI blind spots into measured signals, coaching that improves how engineers direct AI, and governance that catches risk without surveillance.
- Most of Tetriz’s marketing already runs on AI agents: content engine (Claude for SEO blogs, founder LinkedIn content, Reddit programs, YouTube scripts), outbound infrastructure (Apollo/HubSpot), and competitive intelligence workflows.
- If your instinct when given a repetitive task is 'I should build a skill/workflow for this,' you'll fit. If your instinct is to open a blank doc, this will frustrate you.
