Technical Account Manager

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building strong working relationships with customer engineering teams. Lead onboarding, proof-of-concept, and technical training sessions to help customers adopt and integrate container images into their environments. Support customers with Kubernetes deployment manifests, Helm chart configuration, and Dockerfile customization for their middleware and application stacks.
