About Us DRIPLABS is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on premium IV drip therapies designed to enhance recovery, performance, and overall well-being. Sthetix Global is a Japanese-German medical aesthetics company specializing in advanced aesthetic machinery for skin, hair, and body treatments. With cutting-edge technology and innovation, we empower clinics and professionals across the beauty and healthcare industry. Together, we are redefining the aesthetics and wellness space by combining technology-driven treatments with personalized care. About the Role We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end user experience across our websites and digital products — from research and user flows to wireframes and polished interfaces. This is a more strategic role than pure visual design: you'll decide how users navigate our device-selection tools, booking flows, ROI calculator, and multi-country journeys, and hand off well-structured designs to development. Key Responsibilities ● Map user journeys and flows for key actions: booking a drip/treatment, selecting a device/machine, using the ROI calculator, filling enquiry forms ● Create wireframes, user flows, and information architecture before visual design ● Design and test high-fidelity UI (Figma) for web and landing pages across S'thetíx (B2B, provider/clinic-facing) and Drip Labs (B2C, consumer-facing) ● Run basic usability checks / A-B thinking on forms, CTAs, and conversion points (enquiry forms, WhatsApp CTAs, "Book Now" flows) ● Build and maintain a design system / component library (buttons, forms, cards) for consistency across brand sites ● Design for multi-language/multi-country variants (India, Japan, Germany, UK) keeping layout flexible for text length differences ● Collaborate closely with web developer and marketing to align design with campaign landing pages ● Continuously improve UX based on site analytics/drop-off points (forms, booking funnel) Requirements ● Strong portfolio showing UX process (flows, wireframes) — not just visual UI ● Proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout) ● Understanding of conversion-focused design (forms, CTAs, funnels) — ideally for healthcare/wellness/D2C or B2B lead-gen sites ● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to scope feasibility with developer ● Comfortable working with analytics (GA4/heatmaps) to inform design decisions Bonus: Experience designing for medical/aesthetic, wellness, or franchise-based businesses
