Role overview
Stadium is seeking bright, curious, and driven graduates from the 2025 and 2026 batches to join its fast-growing Engineering teams as Software Engineers (Developers or QA Engineers). As a fresher, you will work on real products used globally, collaborate with experienced engineers, and gain exposure to real-world product development, high-impact projects, and modern web technologies in an environment that values ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior engineers to understand system architecture, workflows, and coding standards.
- Contribute to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation lines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Work closely with Product, QA, and Design to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Strengthen your understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
- Gain hands-on experience with tools like Git, JIRA, code review processes, and Agile methodologies.
- Support testing, quality, and deployment (for QA roles).
- Learn manual testing, automated testing frameworks, and quality best practices.
- Help ensure releases are stable, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Take feedback positively and continuously enhance your technical and soft skills.
- Be proactive in learning new tools, frameworks, and product areas.
Requirements
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate from the 2025 batch or 2026 batch.
- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Solid problem-solving ability and logical thinking.
- Good understanding of data structures & algorithms.
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions.
- Curiosity, ownership, and eagerness to learn from senior engineers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
- Hunger to build real products that solve real problems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity (or interest) in Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, or similar web technologies.
