Role Summary Owns the full lifecycle of AI chatbot process flow & development — from mapping user journeys and designing conversation flows, to building, integrating, testing, and optimizing the bot across platforms. Combines technical implementation (NLP/LLM, APIs, integrations) with process design (flowcharts, decision logic, escalation paths) to deliver a chatbot that is both smart and easy to use.
