They seek a Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to partner with stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. The role focuses on analyzing processes, driving system enhancements, and supporting global teams leveraging data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Architects to design and implement solutions
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities
- Assist with change management and adoption strategies to maximize business value
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Analyst roles
- Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams using Jira
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience supporting change management initiatives, user adoption, training, and UAT activities
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience/Community Cloud
- Knowledge of process mapping/documentation tools
- Proficiency with Excel and Visio
