Product Compliance: Conduct and improve Locked Check for SW and calibration to meet the Bosch standards defined in RB/GF182. 2. Controlling: Develop and implement preventive measures (SSD, Algorithm Review) to address product deviations from defined standards (Locked measure) related to emission-relevant software functions and calibration. 3. Innovation Management: Contribute to improve the processes in Locked Measure within local team in alignment with PS compliance standards. 4. Consultation Management: Coordinate with BOSCH internal relevant department for technical and legal issues of Emission control system. Key Result Areas / Indicator: 1. Technical analysis of SW and calibration and clean and clear technical report from locked checks as per agreed timeline. 2. Provide regular report of preventive measures and status of the effectiveness. 3. Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of Locked Measure processes through continuous improvement initiatives. 4. Make decision proposal to release or not release or escalate report from locked measures. Competency requirements Knowledge 1. Competent Knowledge in Calibration or function development. 2. Competent knowledge in Air System and Exhaust System hardware and functionality. 3. Advanced knowledge in Emission regulations and norms. 4. Advanced knowledge on Emission relevant features in Electronic Control Unit. Functional skills 1. Competent communication & collaboration skills 2. Advanced problem-solving and decision-making based on established criteria 3. Competent in legal requirements for customer projects & Bosch standard - RBGF182 4. Competent in Proficient in task planning and prioritization. Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, master's degree is desirable. [Automotive/ Mechanical/ Electrical & Electronics] Experience 1. 4-7 years working experience in Calibration and Automotive SW development, Preferably in Power train. 2. Executed projects related to Calibration, Performance and Emissions in automotive domain.
