Senior Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Do Own cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, observability, and production reliability Build and manage secure environments for AI research workflows and institutional deployments Implement infrastructure best practices across access control, secrets management, monitoring, logging, and incident response Lead SOC II readiness and ongoing process ownership, including evidence collection, controls, policies, and vendor coordination Partner with AI and quant teams to support scalable, secure production systems Improve internal developer workflows, deployment speed, and infrastructure reliability What We’re Looking For Strong experience managing production cloud infrastructure Experience with cloud security, networking, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure as code Familiarity with SOC II, security controls, audit readiness, or compliance processes Ability to own infrastructure decisions in a fast-moving startup environment Strong judgment around security, reliability, and operational tradeoffs Experience supporting AI, data-intensive, or enterprise-facing systems is a strong plus
