Role overview
This is an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM) role at Tetriz, a company helping engineering organizations become AI-native. The role involves managing AI-driven marketing operations, content creation, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement. Most marketing tasks are automated with AI agents, and the ideal candidate thrives in this environment, focusing on building workflows rather than manual execution.
Responsibilities
- Run the SEO blog pipeline end to end: briefs, drafts, editorial QA, publishing, and refresh cycles
- Ship LinkedIn posts and company page content weekly
- Draft and iterate YouTube scripts, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for CTR
- Keep website and landing page copy current; run CRO experiments as traffic scales
- Own the email and social media outbound machine: sequences, list building, enrichment, and deliverability hygiene
- Experiment with new outbound channels quarterly
- Track and report campaign performance weekly; discontinue underperforming campaigns
- Run launch-week execution across relevant platforms
- Build and maintain G2 and Capterra presence: profile setup, review generation, response management
- Engage in relevant communities where buyers are active
- Own the PLG email lifecycle: onboarding nurture, activation prompts, executive-facing ROI report emails
- Produce case studies and capture named customer quotes from active deployments
- Keep sales assets current: pitch deck updates, one-pagers, battlecards, teaser video iterations
Requirements
- 2–3 years in B2B marketing execution; SaaS preferred, dev-tools or selling-to-engineers a plus
- AI-native: daily use of Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor as a working tool; ability to demonstrate prompts, workflows, or agents built for efficiency
- Strong communication skills: editing AI output for a technical US audience with judgment to catch generic, wrong, or off-brand content
- Ops discipline: proactive monitoring of outbound infrastructure and dashboards
Nice to have
- Experience with Apollo.io, Hubspot, or similar sales engagement tools
- Basic SEO fundamentals
- Familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem
- Video editing basics
Benefits
- A front-row seat to a US GTM launch, working directly with the founders
- Access to the most AI-leveraged marketing stack at any company this size, building skills most marketers won’t have for years
- Real ownership from week one: no approval chains, no busywork
Additional details
- Most marketing runs on AI agents: content engine built on Claude, outbound infrastructure on Apollo/Hubspot, competitive intelligence workflows
- Ideal candidate instinctively builds workflows for repetitive tasks rather than manual execution
