We are looking for a React JS Developer based in Navi Mumbai, India to join our dynamic team. The role involves creating and maintaining user‑facing web applications, building reusable React components, optimizing performance, collaborating with design and product teams, debugging production issues, mentoring junior developers, and staying current with front‑end trends.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js and integrating them with back‑end services.
Working closely with product and design teams to create efficient, scalable, and innovative web applications.
Developing new user‑facing features using React.js and building reusable components for future use.
Optimizing components for maximum performance across a wide array of web‑capable devices and browsers.
Integrating RESTful APIs with React.js front‑end architecture.
Collaborating with the design team to ensure a seamless user experience and implement pixel‑perfect UI designs.
Participating in code reviews and contributing to front‑end development standards and best practices.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues in the production environment.
Staying up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in front‑end development.
Mentoring junior developers and contributing to the team’s technical growth.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in React.js development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.
Proficient understanding of cross‑browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
