Responsibilities
- Support the software project in technical clarification, breakdown and tracking of requirements, e.g. transform customer requirements to internal software requirements
- Track the end to end progress of the software requirements and defect from the definition to the verification
- Tailor the generic process descriptions for requirements and defect management to the project’s needs
- Assign requirements and defects to responsible departments based on software architecture
- Monitor and report the progress of software requirements and errors in the implementation process
- Ensure the traceability of requirements and errors and support the life cycle process definition
- Be always up to date on technology development and challenge yourself to deliver best-in class solutions to our customers
- Pre-analysis and tracking of reported software defects
Requirements
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Experience with software development life cycle, especially in requirements and defect management (e.g. IREB standard, GfSE standard)
- Excellence in a common requirements and task tracking tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira/Confluence, DOORS)
- Advanced communication and presentation skills (customer, internal)
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements (e.g., how to protect data & how to be handling this data).
- Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs.
Nice to have
- Knowledge in common project management methods
- Experience in stakeholder management and supplier management
- Experience in configuration management and documentation management
- Knowledge in cyber security area
- Experience in agile methods of project execution
- Experience with Automotive quality management standards, e.g. Automotive SPICE, CMMI
- Experience with speech recognition or related technologies is an advantage
- Advanced knowledge in Excel macros, Pivot tables and Python scripting
