Position: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: HYDERABAD (India) Experience: 3+ Years Work type: Fulltime (W2) only- NIGHT SHIFT 8 PM to 5 AM IST Job Summary We are hiring an experienced digital marketing specialist to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion. Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms, email, and blogs. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, including website analytics, social media engagement, and email marketing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing platforms Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics Excellent communication and project management skills Nice to Have Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research tools Experience with video production and editing software Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot Educational Qualification Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
