Role overview
Tabby aims to give people power over their money by building a clear, flexible money app that puts people and businesses in control across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Kuwait. The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer for its B2B division to shape the experience partners go through from onboarding to activation and ongoing management of their organizational structure within the product.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end onboarding and activation flows for business partners, from first entry to a fully activated, active account
- Turn a document-heavy, regulated process into a clear, guided experience with transparent statuses, meaningful feedback, and no dead ends
- Design the activation experience for our financial products, helping partners understand what's available to them, why it matters, and how to get value from it
- Design tools that let partners manage their own structure inside the product, organizations, teams, roles, and permissions
- Work closely with your Product Manager to understand business requirements, unpack the underlying problems, and translate them into design solutions that serve both business goals and partner needs
- Collaborate with UX Researchers to validate assumptions with real partners, and with a UX Writer to make complex, formal content genuinely readable
- Partner with engineering throughout delivery and own the quality of what ships to production
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, with meaningful time spent on complex, logic-heavy products
- Strong systems thinking: you're comfortable with multi-step flows, edge cases, states, and rules, and you enjoy bringing order to them
- Ability to simplify: you can take a dense, formal, regulated process and turn it into something a person can move through without help
- Strong product thinking, you understand business context and partner needs equally well
- A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, from problem framing to polished, production-ready UI
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, researchers, writers, and engineers
- High craft standards and real care for what reaches users
- You know how to optimize your workflow with AI tools and use them to work faster and
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, admin panels, or other professional-user products
- Experience with fintech, KYC/verification flows, or other regulated domains
- Experience designing roles, permissions, and multi-user account structures
- Experience contributing to or working within a design system
