Role overview
Infasta Soft Solutions is looking for a freelance Social Media Strategist with 5+ years of experience to develop and execute social media and content strategies across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. The role involves content calendar creation, production coordination, community engagement, and performance reporting, and can be performed remotely while coordinating with the Hyderabad office.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute the monthly content calendar for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and Posts.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team for brand alignment and approvals.
- Maintain aesthetic, tone, and platform consistency across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
- Work closely with in‑house creators to shoot UGC and brand stories.
- Lead and coordinate shoot days: plan, schedule, obtain approvals, and execute.
- Edit content or coordinate with editors for quick turnarounds and trend‑led formats.
- Identify campus influencers and storytellers and amplify their voice.
- Activate communities via offline meetups, content tasks, and mini‑campaigns.
- Encourage the team to create content.
- Track performance of posts, reels, and campaigns on a weekly basis.
- Suggest data‑driven content tweaks to improve reach and engagement.
- Share monthly reports with insights and next steps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or a related field.
- Must be able to work remotely as a freelancer.
- Proven ability to collaborate with marketing teams for brand alignment.
