IBM Senior Support Engineer

Description In this role, you will lead technical delivery for IBM i / AS/400 environments across managed services and project-based engagements. You will plan and execute patch management programs, guide infrastructure and automation workstreams, support upgrades and migrations, advise enterprise clients, and help ensure mission-critical platforms remain stable, secure, compliant, and operationally efficient.
