Purpose of the Role To learn and support live table games and gaming floor operations under supervision, while being trained in dealing, game protocols, guest service, and regulatory compliance, with the objective of progressing to a Dealer/Croupier role. Key Responsibilities Undergo structured training in dealing procedures for assigned games Observe and assist licensed dealers/croupiers during live gaming sessions. Learn correct handling of chips, cards, and gaming equipment as per SOPs.
