Role overview

Synthlane builds AI solutions on Google Cloud for Google partners and their clients in North America. These clients want AI that works in production, on their own data, within strict security rules. You will design, build and run those systems end to end.

Responsibilities

Design, build and run AI systems end to end
Determine which ML approach fits which problem based on first principles
Measure quality with real evaluations and judge each change by the numbers
Take AI systems from prototype to reliable production
Write clean, tested Python
Maintain data and models inside their boundaries using cloud networking and security knowledge
Explain AI trade-offs clearly to clients and take ownership of the outcome
