Role overview

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain our Jungo CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.
Perform regular data audits to uphold data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor the movement of leads through the CRM from entry to close, ensuring proper follow-through at each stage.
Assist sales and production teams with CRM-related concerns, generate reports, and help facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication.
Reinforce proper CRM usage and help ensure team members are fulfilling their responsibilities within the system.
Continuously identify ways to improve CRM workflows for better efficiency and performance.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems.
Solid understanding of database management, data entry, and CRM reporting functions.
Knowledge of CRM best practices is essential.
Strong commitment to maintaining accurate and high-quality data.
Ability to see the full picture of the lead lifecycle and understand how each part impacts the whole process.
Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams and provide clear, actionable guidance.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying CRM issues and implementing thoughtful solutions.
