Role overview
Glean is seeking a Product Manager for Protect who will design security, governance, and trust features for AI agents and data, collaborating closely with customers to shape the product roadmap, drive execution, and build scalable processes within a lean, fast‑growing team. The role demands deep customer engagement, cross‑functional coordination, and ownership of delivering enterprise‑grade AI security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Spend a lot of time with customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
- Develop key parts of the product roadmap, marrying customer needs with product vision
- Empower the team by providing context, setting direction, and building alignment
- Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with leadership, go‑to‑market teams, and other key stakeholders
- Build scalable processes as the team and company grow rapidly
- Deliver best-in-class products for finding, curating, sharing, discovering, and managing knowledge
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning security, governance, trust, identity, and data integrations
- Strong technical background with experience in UX and API-driven products, integration paths, and 3rd party product partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
- Learning and growth mindset
- Mission-first attitude, with success measured by product and team outcomes
