Role overview
As our Project Manager, you will coordinate people and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go‑to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline, developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation, and delivering each project within budget and scope.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Relevant 1‑2 years of work experience in Project Management in complex projects & Substation (Thermal, Steel, etc.)
- Solid techno‑commercial background, with understanding of contract/vendor management
- Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi‑tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SA
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language
