We are hiring a Telecom Network Specialist to work on projects that model telecom networks in ArcGIS Utility Network. The specialist will act as the telecom authority within the team. They will explain how an operator's physical and logical network is built, operated and recorded, and make sure the GIS model reflects that reality.
