Role overview

In this role you will use tools such as Terraform, Vault, and Consul to architect solutions that manage workloads across clouds and data centers, creating multi‑regional, multi‑cloud, zero‑trust deployments. You will help clients adopt Compliance and Risk as Code by leveraging policy‑driven workflows and HashiCorp Sentinel to build the core building blocks of their cloud transformation journeys. Although the position is primarily a leadership role, you will remain hands‑on, demonstrating key concepts, facilitating adoption, and accelerating delivery while building a distributed, world‑class DevOps/DevSecOps team.

Responsibilities

Architect solutions to manage workloads across clouds and data centers for multi‑regional, multi‑cloud, zero‑trust deployments.
Help clients build core building blocks for Cloud Transformation journeys, focusing on Compliance and Risk as Code.
Demonstrate key concepts, facilitate adoption, and accelerate delivery while remaining hands‑on.
Lead and build a distributed, world‑class DevOps/DevSecOps team.
Align build, test, and deploy processes to enable shift‑left and fail‑early strategies.

Requirements

Extensive experience using the strangler pattern via reverse proxy and supporting distributed systems.
Leadership experience in Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform with Ansible (or similar).
Expertise in Policy‑as‑Code using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or HashiCorp Sentinel.
Expertise in bridging public and private cloud environments to build a global Zero Trust infrastructure.
Experience working with global companies and understanding related data, compliance, and security concerns.
Proficiency with Terraform, Vault, and Consul.
