Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps using Power Fx.
  • Design complex cloud flows in Power Automate, including error logic handling.
  • Build and deploy conversational agents in Copilot Studio, configuring Generative Answers and utilizing Entities and Variables.
  • Perform advanced data modeling, manage environment variables, and manage security roles/business units in Dataverse.
  • Create serverless APIs via Azure Functions to extend Power Platform capabilities.
  • Orchestrate enterprise-grade workflows using Azure Logic Apps.
  • Integrate LLMs into custom applications and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns using Azure OpenAI & AI Search.
  • Securely expose backend data to the Power Platform via custom connectors using API Management (APIM).
  • Develop plugins using C# (.NET) and PCF (Power Apps Component Framework) controls using JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Automate solution deployment across Dev, Test, and Prod environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Architect solutions by choosing between custom web apps or Power Apps based on ROI.
  • Connect the Microsoft stack with third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, or legal/HR platforms) using custom connectors.
  • Perform code reviews, set development standards, and potentially manage junior developers or citizen developers within a Center of Excellence (CoE).
  • Optimize slow-running flows and debug integration issues between Azure and Microsoft 365.

Requirements

  • 5-year benchmark of professional experience in solution design, system integration, mentorship/leadership, and troubleshooting/performance.
  • Deep knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Fx.
  • Strong command of C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript.
