Role overview

Spektrum supports apex purchasers such as NATO, UN, EU, and national governments, providing specialist aerospace and defence services. The company is seeking personnel to join its team to support key client projects for the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA), specifically within the Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS) and the Alliance Persistent Surveillance from Space (APSS) programme.

Responsibilities

  • Manage ACO requirements for APSS commercial data integration (Collection Tool Data Integration).
  • Support ACO requests and investigate/implement changes to the Collection Tool user interface.
  • Investigate and resolve data flow bottlenecks and technical issues in production environments (System Troubleshooting).
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and maintain documentation for the APSS Collection Tool (Collaboration & Documentation).

Requirements

  • Understanding of current space capabilities, particularly focused on space‑based ISR.
  • At least 5 years experience in multi‑mission planning using orbit and sensor modelling.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, demonstrated within the past 5 years.
  • Recent experience developing and operating space ISR collection tools with national and multinational clients.
  • Proficiency in GIS and web map libraries.
  • Experience with protocols for integrating multiple commercial ISR providers' collection capabilities.
  • Ability and self‑motivation to work independently while also working well within a team.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability.
  • NATO and/or military experience.
  • Motivated, good communication skills, team player.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of NATO or National intelligence processes.
  • Advanced research and analytical skills.
