Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in Ernakulam. The Web Designer will be responsible for designing visually engaging, user-centered websites and Shopify storefronts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and eCommerce best practices. Day-to-day activities include creating layouts, wireframes, and mockups; designing graphics and visual elements; and collaborating with developers, marketers, and clients to refine user experience and interface design. The role also involves optimizing designs for responsiveness and performance across devices, iterating based on analytics and feedback, and maintaining consistency and quality across all digital assets. Qualifications Strong Web Design skills with a focus on user experience, interface design, and modern design principles. Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating high-quality Graphics for web and eCommerce interfaces. Experience in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript, to translate designs into functional layouts. Ability to implement Responsive Web Design across multiple devices, screen sizes, and browsers. Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms and an understanding of conversion-focused design. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar). Strong attention to detail, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Relevant education or equivalent experience in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
