As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, create, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and/or specialized utility programs that launch cutting-edge, world class products that meet and exceed customer needs. Qualcomm Software Engineers collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and other teams to design system-level software solutions and obtain information on performance requirements and interfaces. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, Professional experience (1-3 years). Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience in Bluetooth and embedded systems development. Technical Skills: Programming Languages: Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems, Bluetooth Expertise: Deep knowledge of Bluetooth low energy, classic Bluetooth, Bluetooth connections, advertisements etc., Embedded Systems: Experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, etc.) and RTOS, Debugging Tools: Experience debugging embedded systems using hardware/software tools, working knowledge of oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and Bluetooth packet sniffers. Experience on Bluetooth Mesh, Periodic advertisement will be a plus. Development Platforms: Experience with popular Bluetooth SoCs (Nordic, TI, Qualcomm, etc.). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, Excellent communication and documentation skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Self-motivated with strong attention to detail, Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
