Responsibilities
- Working directly with B12 users/clients and applying your expertise in areas such as marketing, web design, or web development.
- Becoming an active part of the B12 community, collaborating with other partners, and sharing feedback with the B12 team.
- Mastering B12’s product, particularly our AI-powered website editor, to help users quickly grow and build their websites.
- Becoming proficient with the B12 website editor as a product expert.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in your area of specialization (web design, marketing, web development).
- Confident in leveraging B12’s tools to help customers grow.
- Excellent written communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with clients.
- Flexible and thrives in a fast-paced environment, excited by the challenge of quickly delivering high-quality websites and seamlessly transitioning between projects.
- Open to mastering new tools, especially the Design Suite.
Nice to have
- Worked with small to medium-sized businesses before and understand their unique design needs.
- Experience with UI/UX principles or other relevant design tools.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning customer requests into well-structured designs.
