Shift Engineer – Property Management

Position: Shift Engineer – Property Management Department: Engineering / Facilities Reporting To: Facility Manager / Engineering Manager Experience: 2 to 5 years (minimum 5 years). Key Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day engineering operations of the property during the assigned shift. * Monitor and operate electrical, HVAC, DG, UPS, BMS, fire-fighting, plumbing and other MEP systems. * Conduct regular equipment rounds, record parameters and identify abnormalities.
