We're hiring a Frontend Engineer who obsesses over pixels and performance to turn designs into flawless code that scales. This role is 80% hands-on building and 20% collaborating with design and backend.
Responsibilities
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect React components
- Optimize performance metrics (LCP, FID, CLS) weekly
- Build responsive interfaces that work across all devices
- Review PRs and maintain code quality standards
- Debug production issues and ship fixes fast
- Own frontend architecture for our GEO platform
- Own component library and design system
- Own performance optimization and monitoring
- Own API integrations with REST endpoints
- Own frontend build pipeline and deployment
Requirements
- 2-5 years shipping production React/Next.js apps
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail
- Experience with Core Web Vitals optimization
- REST API integration experience
- Basic Python knowledge for backend collaboration
- Care about the user experience as much as clean code
- Knowledge of why Core Web Vitals matter
- Experience shipping production React apps that handle real traffic
