So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us. As a ServiceNow Business System Analyst at EverpureTM, you will serve as the strategic bridge between cross-functional business partners and technical engineering teams to unlock the full potential of our enterprise platform. Partnering closely with developers, product owners, and enterprise leaders, you will drive operational efficiency, seamless automation, and platform modernization. If you thrive on transforming complex enterprise workflows into scalable, high-impact digital experiences, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our technology ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Drive Business Process Optimization & Alignment: Lead workshops with key stakeholders across IT, HR, and Operations to map current-state workflows, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and design scalable future-state processes that enhance service efficiency and align with enterprise governance standards.
- Manage Agile Backlog & Deliver Strategic Value: Transform complex business requirements into prioritized epics, clear user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile delivery frameworks, ensuring technical features directly support measurable organizational goals.
- Ensure Delivery Excellence & Solution Quality: Partner with platform architects and engineering teams to review system designs, define testing strategies, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee seamless, defect-free deployments.
- Accelerate Adoption & Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead change management initiatives, design end-user training materials, and analyze post-implementation metrics to maximize platform adoption, improve data quality, and identify continuous enhancement opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Business System Analyst configuring and optimizing core ServiceNow modules (such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or SPM) and integrating them across enterprise cloud systems.
- Proven track record in eliciting requirements, writing user stories with defined acceptance criteria, and modeling complex end-to-end business process flows in Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Strong facilitation and analytical skills, with a proven ability to manage competing business priorities, simplify technical solutions for non-technical partners, and influence decisions across functions.
- Deep understanding of ITIL, ITSM, or CSDM frameworks and how to leverage out-of-the-box platform capabilities prior to custom development.
- Expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless on PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
