- Deliver projects and features that our Product and Business teams expect to scale business activity with our Carriers and Retailers.
Requirements
- Experienced people leader who has successfully managed and supported senior engineering teams.

- Strong business and resource-optimization mindset, with the ability to make strategic architectural decisions that directly impact company profitability and infrastructure costs.
- Strong programming experience in any modern backend language.
- Excited to lead new development in Rust or Go; adaptable and willing to learn.
- Extreme ownership over domain health and comfortable operating in an environment where technical challenges far outweigh basic language-level syntax issues.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
