Role overview
CrewBloom is scaling fast and looking for a growth-minded marketer to help win the global war for talent by building a magnetic brand that attracts the most elite professionals. As their Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you won't be following a dusty corporate playbook — you'll architect the talent-facing brand with the high-stakes goal of aggressive applicant generation, experimenting, iterating, and scaling campaigns that make CrewBloom the only choice for niche Technical, Healthcare, and Executive talent.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch creative multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, niche platforms, and other social media channels) to drive a massive surge of qualified applicants for Technical and Healthcare roles.
- Crack the code on hard-to-fill roles — whether it's a Specialized Surgeon or a Backend Engineer, find where they live online and convince them to join the ecosystem.
- Treat the candidate journey like a sales funnel — ruthlessly audit the 'Apply' process to remove friction and boost conversion rates.
- Own the Value Proposition — tell the world exactly why top-tier professionals should choose CrewBloom over a traditional 9-to-5.
- Rapidly produce 'thumb-stopping' content, from LinkedIn posts to deep-dive newsletters, that positions CrewBloom as a thought leader in the global remote market.
- Keep the digital presence (Glassdoor, social media) spotless and exciting; ensure the world knows CrewBloom is a 5-star destination.
- Use data to track ROI and double down on the channels that actually deliver results.
- Constantly monitor the Global Talent Market — stay two steps ahead of competitors by spotting trends in the Tech and Healthcare sectors before they go mainstream.
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of experience in Growth Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, or Talent Branding within a fast-scaled startup or high-volume agency.
- Proven track record of building talent pipelines for Technical (Software Engineering, IT), Healthcare, and specialized Executive roles.
- Experience navigating the global talent market (LATAM, SEA, EMEA, APAC), with understanding of localized motivators and how to attract talent across different time zones and cultures.
- Proficient in tracking Cost-per-Candidate (CPC), Cost-per-Lead (CPL), and conversion rates from the first ad click to the final application.
- Deep hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO-driven job board optimization.
- Ability to write bold, 'thumb-stopping' copy that cuts through the corporate noise and speaks directly to the values of high-level professionals.
- Ability to build and audit a candidate journey, identifying friction points that cause high-tier talent to drop off.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar tools to rapidly produce on-brand visual assets for social media and email campaigns.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics or ATS data to prove what's working and pivot away from what isn't.
- Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.
- Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor.
- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup device must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Backup device must be functional during power interruptions.
- A functioning webcam.
- A noise-canceling USB headset.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space.
- A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
Nice to have
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, and loves the 'build' phase more than the 'maintenance' phase.
- Expert sourcing knowledge: has successfully marketed to Global Technical and Healthcare talent and knows exactly what makes those professionals click 'Apply.'
- Creative + Analytical: can write a killer headline that grabs attention, then go into the backend to analyze CPC and conversion data.
- Master communicator: hates corporate-speak; writes for humans in a way that is bold, authentic, and persuasive.
