Role overview
MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is a leading provider of standard, configurable, and custom manufacturing solutions. By integrating a vast catalog of components with a world-class digital manufacturing platform, MISUMI Americas empowers engineers and procurement teams to accelerate innovation across the entire product lifecycle. Fictiv is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create visual representations in digital and print media assets for Fictiv marketing, inspiring a generation of hardware product creators. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to produce designs that align with Fictiv’s brand guidelines and connect with the target audience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and execute creative assets on a wide range of print and digital collateral in support of marketing activities across Fictiv’s website, social media pages, display ads, emails, sales presentations, content marketing, PR announcements, swag, printed booklets, and more.
- Translate direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity or campaign design.
- Follow processes for organizing and uploading design assets for all project materials.
- Work with our web developer to ensure web assets are implemented as intended.
- Manage tasks and deadlines within Asana and/or Jira, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Report to the Creative Director.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard design programs, including Figma.
- Primary Skillset: Adobe Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop), Graphic Design, Typography & Layout Design.
- Good written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders and producers on creative ideas and visual concepts.
- Ability to attend a weekly check-in meeting conducted during US hours.
Nice to have
- Secondary Skillset: Adobe InDesign, Motion Graphics/Basic Animation Skills, UI/UX Design.
- Capable of applying a cohesive creative vision across a variety of visual media.
- Desire to experiment with ideas and iterate quickly and collaborate with a fast-paced marketing team.
