Role overview

Native is a next-generation liquidity infrastructure that transforms traditional inventory-based trading with a credit-driven model, providing a frictionless experience for DeFi participants by abstracting chain complexities via a single API. Native is seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams, align efforts to meet project goals, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication between technical and non-technical members to ensure clarity. The role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in financial technology and trading systems, foundational product management skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Tech Head to plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of the development of Native.
Manage product timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient delivery of various development projects.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, researchers, and stakeholders, to align efforts and meet project goals.
Maintain and review product documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring clear understanding of project objectives and progress.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the development process.
Track product milestones and KPIs, providing regular updates to leadership.
Support the implementation of best practices in project management.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including both Native-related materials and internal resources like onboarding guides and process documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in software development or blockchain / DeFi related projects.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools (Notion) and Github.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
