Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Pedagogy Deliver Lectures: Teach core and elective courses in Marketing (e.g., Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Marketing Management) and Human Resource Management (e.g., Strategic HRM, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Behavior). Curriculum Development: Design, update, and review course syllabi, lecture plans, and evaluation matrices in line with industry trends and NEP/university guidelines.
