Role overview

Nagarro is seeking a senior-level Salesforce developer with 7+ years of experience to join their global team. The role involves designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Einstein Analytics, and CPQ, with significant emphasis on technical leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and DevOps practices, while enabling delivery through requirements analysis, solution envisioning, and team coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the client's needs in the context of the project
  • Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements, and being able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to realize it
  • Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
  • Enabling application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities
  • Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
  • Creating, understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task, and being able to justify it
  • Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations
  • Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
  • Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
  • Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements

Requirements

  • Total experience 7+ years
  • Strong Salesforce programming skills in Apex and proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Expertise in Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Einstein Discovery
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud with working knowledge of CPQ
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of design patterns and their practical implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, version control, automated testing)
  • Exposure to integration with third-party systems and advanced Salesforce modules
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across global teams
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
