Role overview
EWOR is seeking ambitious and serial entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups toward €1B+ companies. Led by successful unicorn founders including Paul Müller (founder of Adjust, €1.2B exit) and Petter Made (founder of SumUp, €8B), the program provides direct employment with a salary or an alternative funding option, personalized coaching, and access to an extensive network of professionals, investors, and peers.
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as MedTech
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management
- Iterate your product until having reached product-market-fit
- Scale your startup to €100M+ in revenues
Requirements
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup
- Excellent communication skills in the English language
