Senior Manager-Engineering

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Engineering to lead the engineering delivery of global Fire & Security Systems projects in compliance with country-specific standards and customer requirements. This role is responsible for building, developing, and managing teams of Design & Estimation Engineers and Team Leads, while ensuring excellence in project execution, quality, operational efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
