Role overview
Looking for a QA Engineer with 0 to 1 year of experience and knowledge in automation testing tools. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, they will be responsible for the planning and implementation of tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system, working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical knowledge and lead the team
- Perform software testing
- Create and run tests/troubleshooting
- Find bugs and resolve them
- Resolve issue faced by real time customers
- Knowledge of latest technologies
Requirements
- 0-1 years of testing experience
- Knowledge in automation testing tools
- Currently living in Tamil Nadu or Kerala
- Can start immediately or have 30 days notice period
- Knowledge in Agile technology and testing concepts
- Understanding end to end test management workflow
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, ALM, TESTRAIL, BUGZILLA, HP
- Bachelors / BE / BTech. / Masters in Technology
- Traits to lead team and deliver work end to end, including testing and customer satisfaction
- Must have good interpersonal skills to interact with various teams
- Respect for deadlines
- Passionate about working and creating a great product
- Good communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiar with relevant QA industries standard practices and methodologies
- Knowledge of cypress and selenium tools
- Ability to manage a small team of 2 team members
