Location: Jayanagar, Bengaluru · On-site · Full-time Seniority: Associate / Mid · Function: Design Design the screens and flows for our ERP, mobile apps and websites — before anything gets built. What you'll do • Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity screens • Build and maintain a design system for consistency across products • Design complex screens — dashboards, data tables, multi-step forms, approval workflows • Design mobile app interfaces for Android and iOS • Work with developers through implementation to make sure it ships as designed • Design websites and landing pages What we're looking for • 3+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio • Proficiency in Figma • Experience designing web applications, not only marketing sites • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design • Ability to design for complexity — dense data, many states, permission variations Good to have • Experience designing ERP, CRM or admin dashboards • Basic HTML and CSS understanding • Prototyping and user testing experience Why join us Enterprise UX is a genuinely hard design problem and most designers never get to work on it.
