Role overview
Instawork is building one of India’s largest commercial video data collection networks and is seeking highly driven field operators to build teams, close business deals, and drive on-ground operations. This role is designed for independent "hustlers" who can unlock new locations, manage people, and deliver results to help global technology companies push the frontiers of robotics and AI.
Responsibilities
- Visit factories, shops, workshops, kitchens, warehouses, garages, and other commercial businesses
- Convince business owners to allow commercial video data collection
- Build relationships and close partnerships
- Hire and manage Field Officers (FOs) and Data Collectors (DCs)
- Ensure daily recordings happen smoothly at business locations
- Drive collection targets, team productivity, and output quality
- Expand into new categories and new areas
- Build strong business partnerships
- Run high-performing field teams
- Deliver consistent daily output
- Operate like a mini business owner
Requirements
- Field sales executives experience
- Business development executives experience
- Vendor onboarding professional experience
- Operations hustlers
- Team leaders who can manage field staff
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to hire and manage teams on the ground
- Ownership mindset and high energy
- Comfortable with travel and field work
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
