Role overview
The role involves troubleshooting, debugging, evaluating, and resolving customer-impacting issues with a focus on detecting patterns and collaborating with engineering development and/or product teams to eliminate defects. The position requires strong troubleshooting, technical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to learn quickly and manage disparate and overlapping tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and resolve customer impacting issues
- Detect patterns in issues and work with engineering development and/or product teams to eliminate defects
- Constantly hit the ground running and learn quickly
- Work on disparate and overlapping tasks
Requirements
- Good knowledge of Linux environment
- Good knowledge of shell scripting
- Good knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge of AWS
- Basic knowledge of Java
- Rest API working experience to execute curl, analyzing request and response, HTTP codes etc.
- Familiarity with regular networking protocols (DNS, HTTP(S), SSH, FTP, SMTP) and their use cases
