Join our growing Cyber Security team and lead enterprise-wide vulnerability management initiatives supporting global customers. 📍 Position: Vulnerability Management Lead Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Experience: 6–10 Years Shift: 5:30PM TO 2:30AM Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise-wide Vulnerability Management across servers, endpoints, cloud, networks, applications, and IAM environments. Manage vulnerability assessments using Tenable and Rapid7 InsightVM. Prioritise risks based on CVSS, exploitability, business impact, and asset criticality. Drive remediation governance, SLA tracking, risk acceptance, and compliance. Collaborate with Infrastructure, Patch Management, Endpoint Security, IAM, and Application teams. Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and customer-facing presentations. Mentor Vulnerability Management Engineers and lead stakeholder reviews. Ensure compliance with security frameworks such as NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS. Required Skills ✅ 6–10 years of Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management experience ✅ Minimum 2 years of team leadership or programme management experience ✅ Hands-on expertise in: Tenable Rapid7 InsightVM Tanium Vulnerability Assessment & Remediation CVE/CVSS Analysis SLA & Risk Management Preferred Skills TruOps / Cyberfusion Okta & CyberArk CrowdStrike & SentinelOne Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira Experience supporting global/US customers Preferred Certifications CISSP | CISM | Security+ | CySA+ | CEH | GSEC | Tenable | Rapid7 | ITIL Foundation 📩 Interested?
