Role overview
The Account Manager at Hustler Marketing is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns for assigned clients, building strong client relationships, leading creative teams, and driving revenue through strategic email, SMS, pop‑up, and flow campaigns. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, continuous data analysis, and proactive upselling of services, while reporting directly to senior leadership and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Plan, brief, monitor, and execute marketing campaigns aimed at driving conversions and sales
- Manage, oversee, and take charge of the client‑agency relationship for all assigned clients
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for email, SMS, pop‑ups, and flows (about 40 unique campaigns per month)
- Handle client communications and write client reports
- Communicate client’s marketing needs to other team members and supply information to ensure campaigns are well written, designed, and executed
- Assist clients in meeting revenue goals using Hustler Marketing’s products and services
- Lead teams of copywriters, designers, and associates to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Outline clients’ campaign calendars, brief new campaigns, delegate creative work, and oversee timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring peak productivity and trust
- Continuously stay in contact with clients, leading and attending regular meetings
- Collect and analyze data on consumer demographics and trends to drive better results and set weekly goals
- Report regularly on email marketing performance, including revenue, best‑performing campaigns, A/B testing results, and optimization measures
- Collaborate with the Service Department to maintain high work standards and meet KPIs
- Keep a tight grip on client churn and implement retention strategies with the Service Director
- Troubleshoot and assist with any client satisfaction or campaign performance issues
- Work with minimal supervision and on various tasks as part of the Account Managers team
- Participate in group calls, training, and skill‑building sessions for Account Managers
- Act as liaison between clients and cross‑functional teams to implement new services and products
- Identify new opportunities to expand services offered to clients through regular communication and relationship building
- Use data analysis techniques to create targeted campaigns for upselling services and present offers compellingly
- Discover industry‑wide best practices and present findings to leadership
- Be available to assist with all internal service‑related needs from other departments
- Directly report to the Account Managers’ Leads, the Head of Account Managers, and the Service Director in that order
