Data Scientist Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune, NCR, Chennai 12+ Months Contract Summary The AI/ML Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges. This role applies expertise in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), generative AI, and data science to build scalable solutions, conduct applied research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven applications across multiple industries. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions that address business and customer requirements. Deliver end-to-end machine learning projects, including data preprocessing, model development, training, evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning. Gather, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data to ensure data quality and integrity. Develop and optimize machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI models for enterprise applications. Design, build, and implement Generative AI solutions using prompt engineering and model fine-tuning techniques. Research emerging AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies and evaluate their application to business use cases. Develop proof-of-concept solutions and innovative algorithms within defined project timelines. Apply statistical methods to analyze data and generate actionable business insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, deploy, and manage AI and Generative AI solutions. Conduct applied research, contribute to patents, technical publications, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Ensure AI and Generative AI outputs are accurate, relevant, and aligned with business objectives. Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively. Requirements Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI solution development. Proficiency in Python and SQL; Java experience is a plus. Experience with machine learning methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning. Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application to data science and machine learning. Experience with NLP technologies, including text mining, sentiment analysis, natural language understanding (NLU), natural language generation (NLG), information retrieval, dependency parsing, chunking, summarization, and contextual NLP. Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Theano. Knowledge of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and Generative AI technologies. Experience working with structured and unstructured data, text analytics, and large-scale data processing. Solution consulting and delivery experience within industries such as Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills. AI/ML or Generative AI certifications are preferred but not required. Show more
