Implement and support all department methods, techniques, tools, utilities and evaluation criteria for testing while offering feedback for improvements to efficiency. Analyzes, writes and creates templates for complex test processes and procedures. Maintains test documentation and test results, and analyzes results to ensure existing functionality, while recommending corrective action. Works with internal and cross-functional teams to implement and improve test strategies as required.
