Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Facility Operations Management a) Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of all building systems. b) Ensure optimal functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety, water treatment, elevators, DG systems, and building automation systems. c) Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. d) Monitor asset performance and equipment lifecycle management.
