Role overview

Responsibilities
- Contribute in the area of software development to Kandou AI’s cutting edge products
Requirements
- Proven experience with Linux kernel & device driver development
- Bring up of Linux on a hardware platform with PCIe, I3C, SPI and JTAG interfaces
- Systems development experience in storage, networking or accelerated computing
- 10+ years of Linux development experience for lead roles, 5+ year experience for developer roles
- Strong programming skills in C, C++, shell scripting
- Embedded software development including bootloaders, debuggers, HW/SW integration
- Defining interfaces with embedded software and with applications
- Familiarity with x86 and ARM server CPU systems
- Computer systems architecture including protocols such as CXL , PCIe NVMe and AXI
- Development tools & practices: gcc/make, Github/Gitlab, CI/CD practices, SQA & test automation
- 4 year Bachelor of Tech/Engineering/equivalent in Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field or equivalent is required.
Nice to have
- Exposure to one or more advanced topics: P2P/dma-buf, RDMA, LVM, EDAC, SELinux
- Master of Tech/Engineering/equivalent in Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science or related field or ongoing education is preferred.
